While most remote repairs can be started in hours via video call, in-home visits are sent to a technician in our network and they are asked to reach out to you within 72 hours. You can expect local, on-site repairs to be completed in less than a week. Longer-distance repairs are often added to a technician's route and may take longer.
The price for chair repair service starts around $200. The initial service fee may vary depending on the distance between you and the technician. Every technician hopes to be able to repair your chair in a single visit, but if additional visits are needed, there will be an additional service charge. Each technician is an independent contractor and will set their own pricing. Alternately, our remote support services are $55 per hour. It is our policy that we will not try to sell you on a service call if the problem does not seem fixable.
