How long will it take to get a repair?

While most remote repairs can be started in hours, in-home visits are scheduled shortly after the repair ticket is created. Most of our on-site repairs are completed in less than a week. Longer-distance repairs are added to a route and completed normally within 10 business days.

How much will it cost?

The base rate for the diagnostic service call is $275. Our in-home repair services typically range from $275 to $500 - depending on time and complexity. Our remote support services are $30 per hour. One of our support specialists can help you to determine which option is right for you.

Are the repairs guaranteed?

In-home repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. This extends to the part or portion of the chair that the repair was made. For example: If the foot section was repaired, we will warranty the foot section for 30 days.

We happens if you can’t fix my chair?

If there is a question as to if a chair is fixable, we will attempt to determine if the repair is possible before we schedule an in-home visit. This may require the safe removal of a cover or two, before we schedule a technician. If, for some reason, we are unable to complete the repair, you will owe nothing more than the initial diagnosis fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept Checks, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card and
eCheck transactions are processed safely through the QuickBooks merchant processing portal, or via PayPal's merchant processing portal. We can also accept ACH, and cash for our in-person visits.
